Just pick the area and Paul will adapt the tour to suit, I did the Barossa Valley and because the group were not big wine drinkers more shoppers and gourmets we went to Maggie Beers and some local cheese and chocolate shops and still managed a winery for lunch and a winery/ function centre with shopping attached. Husbands attended a conference while 12 partners/spouses spent a fantastic day in the hands of the driver/guide, the whole trip was impromptu but the driver came up with some excellent ideas, wineries choc factory shopping you get the idea.
