What a waste of money, Went out in what must have been the oldest metal tub in the marina.Took us to a 1/2 star back pack joint on an island, chips were greasy but the beer was cold. Supposed to go to an underwater viewing capsule but that was flooded.Fed some fish, (food provided) then went on the glass bottom... More

We booked a 1/2 day to Whitehaven Beach with H2O......wanted to see if it is as good as in pictures! We were lucky with weather...sunny and warm and Sea was good so we made good time on journey. First we visited a Beach look-out point and the pictures did not lie......simply amazing!....swirls of vivid turquoise and azure blue seas edged... More

I booked a full day diving tour with them. We were planning to dive in Bait Reef but they changed the dive site to Hayman Island because of the weather which turned out to be great. I could see lots of beautiful fishes, corals, nudi, etc. The dive guide was very friendly, attentive and she even taught me how to... More

My family of 4 adults did a full day snorkel on the Great Barrier Reef. From Hamilton Island harbour, we travelled aboard a motorized boat for two hours to reach the first reef, and following lunch, anchored in a second site. There was a terrific guide who accompanied our group of 20 ish and pointed out reefs, fish, and other... More

Booked a 1/2day tour to wonderful Whitehaven Beach. Although the tour is supposed to be allover 3.5 hours it took them coz of weather conditions longer to get there and for the way back ... with a stop-over time of 15 minutes at the beach. This is a joke ... people are going there to enjoy the beach and not... More

What we got was one very horrible dive with only dead corals, no fish and no visibility, and one second dive with a... More

As a group we joined the Triple Treat Tour - which goes to Whitehaven beach, Hill Inlet and snorkelling/diving. The tour costs $175, which would be fine if the tour was any good at all. Unfortunately the tour is a joke. The boat is old and uncomfortable, the toilets are unpleasant, the tea and coffee facilities are dirty, as are... More
