The water is pure and clear and warmish (for swimming in late May). A nearby fenced off area has tables and seats for lunch with... More

This lake with amaze you with its crystal clear water and white sand. We spent three days on Fraser Island and visited many sites but this lake really stands out as a beautiful attraction. The only drawback was the hike to the lake, as it might be a bit long for some people. After sunset we climbed back down to... More

It can get quiet busy though so u may Struggle to get a spot on the Bach for a large group. Well worth the... More

A beautiful fresh water lake with white sands. I would recommend doing this as a day trip from the mainland. It will work out cheaper and easier. More

Although so many people have been here you still feel like something special when being there. The water is so clear and has good a nice temperature. The only better place I've been to in Australia was Whitehaven Beach More

All of Fraser Island is beautiful, but this place is included on almost every advertisement or poster for Fraser Island and you can see why as soon as you arrive. It's postcard-perfect. The beach has lovely white sand, the water is cool and clear and refreshing, and it's a gorgeous turqoise color before it goes deep blue. And you can... More
