Spent a good couple of hours here, mostly looking into the huge tank of mesmerising sea life, as the colours and relationships between all the animals were fascinating. Interesting talks/videos and info on sea turtles and you can see them up close in an area near the cafe as well. A couple of good photo opportunities, especially with kids, as... More

I love this place. My 3 children and I try to visit at least once a month. We seem to discover something different with each visit. This time we had a tour of the Turtle Hospital and also spent time checking out the baby hammerhead sharks...these critters are very hard to keep in captivity so we were impressed! The entry... More

It is the biggest living coral reef exhibition. Must see it. You can just sit there and feel like you are diving without the hassle. It is amazing. More

Our kids aged 4 & 10 both enjoy the aquarium! This activity can easily provide a couple of hours entertainment in Townsville and it is a refreshingly cool place to hang out (air conditioned) in the summer months! The kids especially liked the kids adventure playground upstairs and the tunnels downstairs! Worth a visit, because the quality and variety of... More

Well worth a look around the tanks. Unfortunately we didnt have enough time to do any of the tours or watch the fish being fed but was able to enjoy a walk through the tunnel. Should be more information about parking around the facility. Lots of information for kids to enjoy and learn at the same time. More

Well. It is quite small but it is nice for an hour or so! $26 entry is a bit too much. More
