I just recently completed the live aboard trip with Adrenaline Dive and after the trip was left with in two minds about the experience. The positive things were: 1. Excellent diving. 2. Paul and Jan were proffessional and helpful. 3. Paul was very concerned about safety and made sure he didn't anchor in rough seas. 4.The cost of the trip... More

The reef is bit far away, but it is worth it. The water is perfect and the reef is great. Good service. More

I went on a three night dive trip on Adrenaline Dive's boat the Sea-Esta, with my daughter in January 2012.. Whilst not a cruise ship the Sea-Esta is adequate. The staff, however, are top class and extremely professional. The dive sites were first class, especially the Yongalla which is rated as one of the best dives in the world. I... More

My wife and I wasted 3 days & 3 nights on board the Sea-Esta. The vessel is old, smelly, dirty, extremely uncomfortable and at times dangerous. The food was very basic, the linen was stained, and only 2 marine toilets for 22 passengers. We couldn't wait to get off. If you want to experience a liveaboard do it from Cairns.... More

Bubba Gump Shrimp Boat with beds. Horrendous experience. Nothing good to report. Dived the yongala in horrific current then dropped on the reef for a drift dive in no current. Never again. Do yourself a favor and don't bother :-( More

I signed up for an open water course, initially attracted to Adrenaline Dive for their 5 day Yongala dive course. The Friday before the course was to start on the Monday, it was cancelled (due to lack of numbers). I was offered the 4 day course which had 2 day return trips from Lodestone Reef. The course instructor, Andrew, was... More

A long boat ride out to the to gala wreck on a small slightly crowded boat that wasn't comfortable. Staff on boat were nice although one persistently chatted up a young girl in the group dispight her obvious lack of interest... and apparently he always does this. The equipment was tired. Fins had splits in them etc but it didn't... More

What a shame that the wonderful attraction of The Great Barrier Reef can be made into such an unpleasant expensive experience. The boat is extremely uncomfortable, especially for such a long trip in such choppy conditions. Many folk were very seasick, including myself. I was with an overseas professor, who was stunned by the decision to depart, when we realised... More

Rickety old boat, staff take unsafe risks, faulty equipment. Lucky to have walked away alive. I highly recommend not to take Adrenalin Snorkel and Dive. More
