We want to clarify that SeaEsta is not positioned as a luxurious offering, and our pricing aligns with the vessel's specifications and accommodations. Safety is a top priority, and the dive deck is generously sized to ensure a comfortable experience.
We understand your concerns about cabin comfort, and the location of the double cabin at the front is intended to minimise disturbances, while the twin cabins are situated closer to the engine and generator. We regret any inconvenience caused in this regard.
Regarding weather conditions, safety is paramount in our decision-making process. We apologise if you experienced discomfort due to rough weather and appreciate your recognition of the crew's friendliness. We offer basic food with 5 meals a day to accommodate most dietary requirements. We apologise for any perceived shortcomings in the quality of the food.
While we respect your viewpoint on the dive sites, it's important to note that other customers on the same trip expressed satisfaction with the state of the reefs we visited. We value diverse perspectives and acknowledge that individual preferences for reefs may differ.
