Love going to the gardens and the free zoo. A large range of animals including being able to hold Koala's and I love the new Chimpanzee (or Gorilla?) enclosure. Gardens are well kept and are a great place to escape everyday life.

Enjoyed the monkeys, aviary, and the japanese gardens. Heaps to see. Allow half a day. Wear your mozzie repellent though, especially after rain

not the biggest zoo ..... but it's a charming place setin the gardens. As long as you're not expecting Taronga Park, then you'll enjoy your wander around the gardens and the zoo.

If you go around 3 you can see the chimps eat yoghurt with a spoon and bowl....

Nicely laid out and peaceful,. The kiosk is good value and you get to see a lot of flora you don't normally come across.
