We had a great day with Sailaway, it was all as advertised. A great boat, and only 12 people on it, all who we got along with. The snorkeling off Lowe island was great, with plenty of small tropical fish on display and , if you looked carefully, some very chilled out turtles to swim with. This was the highlight... More

The 1.5hr trip was very enjoyable. The staff were very freindly and professional by Continually checking our comfort and needs. Although the day was overcast and the sunset was not visible the exerience was still very enjoyable. More

We chose this boat as it takes far fewer people than many others. It takes about an hour to get to The Low Isles and Sailaway's boat gets there first. I am not a good swimmer and do not like to get out of my depth. There are 3 crew and one of them, Tammy, finding out that I was... More

Six of us went on this trip to the Low Isles on the Great Barrier Reef. This is a smaller boat than those going to the outer reef consequently it is far more friendly. The staff/instructors, Bretto, Marley & Tammy were brilliant. We had a great time snorkelling (getting into the stinger suit was an experience!) and out in the... More

We have written to Sailaway directly and have received no response which is extremely disappointing in itself. We paid top dollar to 'swim with turtles' 'have an informative tour on the glass bottom boat' and 'relax' and have a 'tropical lunch'. All these promises noted in their brochure! We were only transported to the island on the glass bottom boat... More

thought the boat itself was quiet and smooth ride on way there and nice snorkelling at low isles but crew were stale, and not very friendly, seemed like they were not happy coz they had to work. the atmosphere was stale and after going on Wavelength this was a complete let down. felt like had to whisper the whole day... We had a great day on Sailaway in April 2012. We were picked up from our accommodation and greeted on the boat with tea/coffee and muffins. There were around 30 people on the boat and the staff took a lot of care to fit you correctly with your snorkel, flippers and stinger suit. Suits need to be worn in the... More

We were recommended this trip over all the others to the Low Isles by the hotel manager, who had heard lots of great reports from hotel guests, and (as he put it), "they have the best food!" First and foremost though, lets set the scene... My wife and I have been on quite a few scuba dives around Oz, in... More

Feel like a millionaire on a luxury yacht, a glass of champagne in hand, sailing past palm trees and lush vegetation with beautiful mountains as a backdrop. As you sit up on deck or recline on the trampoline, the sky starts to take on a pinkish hue, and another gorgeous sunset reflects in the waters around Port Douglas. The cost... More
