Recommended by our hosts at "Saltwater apartments " Port Douglas. Like the previous writer we too had poor weather. A bit showery and not very sunny. The trip to the first dive site took about 1.5 hours. It was a pleasant sail and the staff used this time to prep both snorkellers and divers. Breakfast was coffe and pastries -... More

unfortunately the weather let us down on the day but the boat was clean and the three snorkelling locations were great. It took about 1.5hrs to get to the first snorkel spot and once we were there we got an hour to snorkel before moving on to two other spots. Lunch provided was nice. There was only about 30-40 people... More

During stay in North Queensland, first GBR experience was out of Cairns and second was Aristocat out of Port Douglas. Aristocat was slightly more expensive than first, but was better in every single way. Better ship, more professional crew, better food, and most importantly significantly better GBR sites! Saw twice as many aquatic wildlife at Agincourt Ribbon Reefs than reefs... More

This is a great tour operator in every respect. Great boat, great staff, professional operator. They want you to enjoy your day out and the reef before it completely dies. Just be aware when the wind is up over 20 knots think twice about going out of you are uncomfortable with a 90 minute rough ride. We all took the... More

Well let me start by saying I had great time and enjoyed my 3 dives on the Great Barrier Reef. Never having dived the reef before it was one of those things I can now take off the bucket list, but I don’t think it will be my last. Lets get the bad out of the road. Please be sure... More

We had been to Port 3 times before and have always gone on Aristocat . The crew are lovely and helpful , the food is scrummy , the whole day was one of the most memorable . This time my daughter had since done her PADI advanced open water and so was eager to do some diving , the crew... More

With my very money conservative boyfriend, he finally agreed to spend some money on a snorkeling trip on the reef. WOW WOW WOW even he said every dollar was worth it. They decked us out in stinger suits (everyone was equally unattractive) took the divers and snorkellers through training & safety and took us all to 3 unique outer reefs.... More

At $165 each this was extremely good value. It wasn't our first choice, but since Poseidon was out of the water our receptionist suggested this one and we're happy we went. The weather was glorious, the sites super, not crowded as we expected and the staff and snorkeling was superb. Highly recommend this and so glad we went along. More

We had a great time onboard, beautiful day! I wish I could have spent longer out on the reef snorkling. It was a long day though, it takes 1 hour 20 min to get to reef, then back again. We were told boat was only half full, but CANNOT imagine going when the boat is full, it was so crowded... More
