The staff were terrible, the food was good but because of the staff attitude, we left as quickly as possible, we will never go back again

I have now seen the grumpiest service staff ever. Not all the staff, but there are few more than a couple of bad apples that spoilt this bunch.

The casino isn't just great for gambling, it also has a nice bar with some awesome entertainment and always has a good crowd. I went there on a night with karaoke and it was such a good atmosphere, couldn't help but get myself up singing and everyone sang along and danced.

I only gave it a average because compared to Vegas this doesnt compare for black jack. Minimum bet is $20 and no free drinks. If you like roulette or other games you will probably like it and its only $5 for other games. But this wasn't for me. There are better things to do in Cairns.

Thought we would try the Reef Casino what a dissapointment chinese restaurant was really bad food & service would not recommend this place and the price $$ was high

The casino was nice and had a variety of machines and tables, but we were disappointed that the cheapest blackjack was $20 - didn't really make us want to play. Reef Hotel and Casino Won $35 on my first spin on the Mr Cashman machine, hence lunch cost me absolutely nothing. My advice is to not get the steak from the Casino bistro.....pretty ordinary but reasonably good sized veggies on the plate. Went to the same machine afterwards and won another $25 on my first spin. Was a good day.

WE were taken with the zoo in a casino as we have never seen a zoo like before & being able to walk around the dome was orsam & cant wait to do it again....

If you have been to the likes of Monte Carlo and Las Vegas and expect a similar sort of casino here you are bound to be disappointed.
