Amazing day - walking through the tropical rainforest, riding the scenic and historic train up the mountain and then down by skyrail - amazing, amazing views.

We went to Kuranda via Skyrail, getting off for a walk at each stop. It was absolutely beautiful floating so closely above the rainforest. Really peaceful. We came down on the train, travelling Gold Class which is extra but worth it to get a comfy seat and 'at seat' service of wines, beer and snacks. A lovely day out.

Holding Koala. Made for a great picture. They are so cute. Skyrail above the rainforest was fun and fascinating. Make sure you get off at the stops and walking around. Not a lot of walking and they sometimes have guides who are very informative.
