Like swimming in your own little paradise! The water is so warm, early morning there is generally one, two or just no one there. Its well monitored and fenced off to stop any crocs getting in. Wet season its generally closed off when the the place floods and the crocs have a better chance of entering, but its all sorted... More

We went in March and april and not good, too many crocs and no swimming. You are hot and bothered, looking at the lovely water and nope, too dangerous. Not rorth the drive unless you can swim and i wouldn't be game anyway. They have croc traps set just incase!!!! More

although it's a long time since we've been there it's a great spot for a cooling swim in fresh water. An experience you won't get in too many places, swimming surrounded by natural vegetation. There are/were also BBQs there. More
