This farm is extremely rundown. The crocs are kept in concrete enclosures. There should be a law against keeping these creatures in such an unnatural environment. A waste of money.

The Croc Farm as it is commonly called certainly is the right place to get up close and personal with the Top End's most infamous killer, the salt water crocodile.
I have to be honest and say that I dont really want to get that close to them anywhere else but here as they are very, very frightening beasties.

The Crocodile Farm some 40 kms from Darwin on the Stuart Highway has been closed now for a couple of years to the public. A couple of the larger crocs have been shifted to Crocosaurus Cove in the CBD which is a sister organisation . You might think it's going to be similar to crocadylus park, but it's not quite a "presented". The crocs here are bigger and have a bit more space around them. It's a bit further out for a drive down Stuarts Highway, but still worth the visit.
