It's funny, but i never even knew this place existed the first time i came to Alice Springs. It is called the Araluen Cultural Precinct and it is a few kilometres from the cbd - about a half hour walk. Home made cake and cookies........real Aussie BBQ ..............the artwork is stunning........the staff are just so helpful ............what a great weekend in Alice Springs...........please research Alice springs as the attractions could take 4 to 5 days........we had only 3 days till we went to Uluru .AAT were outstanding in help and advice with tours.
