Have been on the monorail before, only went on it this time because my son wanted to. I think it is the most boring and average experience out. Unless you really wish to save yourself a bit walking, I wouldn't waste my money. More

Firstly it is disappointing that the Sydney transport tickets are not accepted on this. The monorail is novel and does offer views of Darling Harbour but it is difficult to see much through the CBD due to the narrow streets. The service is frequent and the carriages seem clean.
