There was a big legal battle over the Cremorne Point foreshore in the 19th century. It went all the way to the Privy Council in London. They decided wisely, and Sydney Harbour now has one developed point without private property down to the water's edge. Take the Mosman ferry from Circular Quay and get off at the first stop, Cremorne... More

We walked from Kirribilli though it's roadway till Cremorne Point. However, an interesting walk around the Harbour and very scenic. Main thing is it is easy to do - beautiful as well as achievable even if you're not very fit. Then at the end is Mosman Rowing Club! A nice drink then the ferry back to town - lovely.

Away from all the noise, nice views and vegetation. My only complaint is that it should be longer, but it's still very worth it. Take the ferry to Cremorne Point and walk to mossman bay and take the ferry back

peaceful, pretty, easy, walk, jog or sprint, nice in all weathers, visit the pool too. The view over the harbour is second to none.

Great ferry ride to Mosman. Then a walk through the harbourside suburbs, pass the Zoo and back around to Cremorne Wharf for the ferry back to Circular Quay. View across the harbour the the Botanic Gardens, Opera House and CBD skyline is 'to die for'.

The views are great, the walk is easy and well marked out. There are some interesting features like the scottish cairn placed for the bi-centennial celebrations.

From Cremorne Point one can see the harbour bridge and the opera house together. The view across the bay is great and very dramatic at night.
