Great views of bridge and opera house. I like this side of the harbour bridge. Better photos. Lots of old terrace houses that can be brought into the photos.

You can sit on the grass & watch the world go by, while gazing on the city, the bridge or the rock area.

But not much to do there. Close to the Observatory (yawn) and the SH Ervin Museum, which has the occasional excellent echibition.

You get a feeling of what it may have been like for the first settlement to be looking out from here for a boat with supplies to come into view but better information on the history of the place would make it a better experience, the local area during the day has amazing views.

It is a lovely site for a wedding and has great views of the bridge, the harbour and around Sydney. Lovely on a fine day.

Spectacular night views of the Sydney Harbour and you could even take a ghost tour there and learn of its creepy past.

Few people (and perhaps guide books) will recommend this picturesque location in Sydney, although its just a hop-skip-n-jump away from the world famous Sydney Opera.
