The walk features stunning views, beaches, parks, cliffs, bays and rock pools. It takes about two hours to complete the Bondi to Coogee Beach section of the walk and another hour and a half if you choose to continue to Maroubra. The Bondi to Tamarama walk is the venue for the Sculpture by the Sea , Thursday 18 October – Sunday 4 November 2012 .Tamarama Beach and Mackenzie’s Point is a favorite with surfers and Bronte Beach is popular with families. A board walk takes you past Waverley Cemetery, the most scenic burial ground in the world. Swim snorkel or dive at Clovelly Beach and Gordon’s Bay. Enjoy the cafes and Wylie’s Bath at Coogee. Lots of great cafes to stop off at on the way and you might even see whales if you're there at the right time!

The coastal walk is so beautiful. Try to avoid weekends when it is quite crowded but the views are spectacular.

Hello, Thank you for your review. The weekend is pretty crowded along the walk, best time to visit is just after sunrise preferably on a perfect sunny day. Avoid the crowds, take in the views and enjoy breakfast or coffee at one of the eateries along the way. Regards from The Team, Bondi to Coogee walk site More

I did this from Coogee to Bondi last weekend. It's a stunning walk. I think it's about 7km and it ambles up and down but is not difficult. There are lots of people out & about - joggers, photographers, people with babies or dogs. Then at the end you are awarded with coffee/wine/lunch at Bondi. What more can you want?... More

We spent a whole day walking Bondi Beach. It was a Sunday and there were lots of families with children, young people, people walking their dogs, children playing, and young people surfing. It was nice to be outside and walk.

Stop off in Bronte for brunch mid walk. You dont have to go all the way to Coogee - in fact from Clovelly to Coogee its quite hilly. So Bondi to Clovelly and back is a nice enough stroll.

Hello, Thank you for your review. The walk from Clovelly to Coogee and onto Maroubra maybe a bit hilly but the "effort" is well worth it, do try it next time. Best regards, The team at the bondi to coogee walk site More

What an amazing walk...this is not difficult at all. It is 6K from Bondi to Coogee...but you can do it at your own pace. Take it easy! Take pictures Watch the surfers We did this in June (late Spring) and were lucky to have mixed cloudy skies (so not hot) and big waves and breezes. If I lived here I... More

Did the coastal walk. Spent time just sitting at the rocks of overhang cliffs. Cool winter breeze on my face. Relaxing sound of pounding waves. Beautiful solitude.

Hello, Thank you for your review. Glad you liked the walk and the views. Please be careful when you sit on over hanging cliffs. The rock is sandstone and can crumble and brake at any time without any warning. Please obey the signs, some of the cliffs are very high. Best regards, The team at the bondi to coogee walk... More

I did this walk commencing in Coogee, ending up at Bondi last week for the first time. I took some visiting friends from the States with me and the coastline lived up to all our expectations. We were very lucky with the weather and even some of our party swam when we got to Bondi. It was easy taking the... More

Hello, Thank you for your review. The whales are back, best place to see them is just off Maroubra beach, if you miss the whales the surfers are out in force at both, the south and the north end of Maroubra beach. Best regards, The team at the bondi to coogee walk site More
