My wife & I are in our mid 40's & really enjoyed the day out from the time we boarded the ship to the time we arrived back at Circular Quay. We had a great tour, the staff were friendly and laid back, the island tour was full of historical anecdotes and superb harbour views. The BBQ was under white gazebos on the lawns and the bar was free and queues short! We got a $70 deal and at that price it really was a bargain. More

Did this tour on the 24/03/12 and had an extrodinary day. Started with a short crusie to Goat Island with expert commentary from the criuse staff about the history of Goat Island. Once at Goat Island explored the buildings and the surrounds again with exceptional walking tour and history of the island from the tour guides. Wonderful BBQ lunch provided... More

The Tour is so great, Colin our guide was dressed to suit the tour - with a mutton chop beard, a whip and all. It was great to walk around Goat Island and learn about its history. It was a really - really great tour. You'll thoroughly enjoy it. We had the buffet with great views of the Harbour Bridge.... More

It all began from the moment the ferry arrived, till we were dropped off. The staff were all so welcoming. As soon as the ferry leaves the dock you are offered a beverage, either it be a glass of champagne, beer, soft drink or juice. A short trip to the beautiful Goat Island. Our tour guide Brendan made it very... More

An excellant day aboard the 1920's Ferry, landing at Goat Island. The staff were well conversant with the Islands Convict history, The staff were truely amazing and added to the historic atmosphere. The food was excellant and the harbour views, spectacular. Sydney is the most beautiful harbour foreshore and a venue that all should be very proud of. If I... More

A wonderful trip, very informative and Goat Island was beautiful. The food was nice, except they had run out of forks! They were very sincere in their apologies and were overall a very wonderful crew to be on board with. A longer cruise on the boat would have been nice to see the oceanic views. More

The cruise on this wonderful historic boat was great, our first trip to Goat Island. We enjoyed the commentaries on board & on the Island, and the lunch and drinks were delicious. I would recommend it to anyone, even Sydneysiders will learn a lot more about their city & heritage. More

This tour took us to Goat Island, a part of Sydney our group new little about - and what an interesting place it turned out to be! The tour guide was informative and the lunch venue spectacular. Unfortunately due to a delay in getting started, we didn't get to do the 'castles' part of the tour - and worse still,... More

We had a most enjoyable few hours, firstly on the old 1920's ferry that took us over to Goat Island, which is the largest island in Sydney harbour. The tour, learning about the convict history of the island and then the maritime uses, where very interesting. The barbeque lunch in the marquee on the lawn was wonderful, great food and... More
