My family & I have visited many times over the years. This time my kids left disappointed. Things we use to love were taken away & replaced with nothing. I believe in keeping it new & exciting but the exciting bit is not happening. Still a nice day out, just not as good as it use to be

Fun for kids and the geek in us all. Sitting in a simulated earthquake is an experience. It will prove to you science can be fun.

We were so excited to go to Questacon but were really disappointed. Perhaps it was because we went in school holidays and the place was PACKED. The kids couldn't have a go on most things which was frustrating especially when it was adults hogging the displays clearly meant for children! We ate in the café ... it was filthy and... More

Our kids absolutely loved this one. So many exhibits and the intractability of everything just kept them entertained for hours. We were there for about 3.5 hours but could have stayed loner. Highly recommend this one. Very easy to find, and tones of free parking onsite.

We had the best day at Questacon. A must for any visitor to Caberra as there was so much to do for both the young and the old. We loved the earthquake house, the vertical slide and even the food in the cafe was fine! Would definitely visit agin with more time,

The galleries in Questacon are amazing. A lot of fun even for young children. Lots of hands-on games and demonstrations. The water play in the 0-6 years old kids zone are great (they provide smocks). One thing that we hope Questacon to improve is to have more management in the 0-6 kids zone. During our visit, we noticed several person... More

Questacon is a science museum which is located near the International Flag Display and the Old Parliament House. Questacon has five floors with different educational themes and lots of things to see, touch, and explore. The science museum may keep families busy and entertained, but there might be lots of people there which may lead to not doing the activities... More

Questacon is located in the center of Canberra which is near the war memorial and the parliament house. There is no need to wear jackets as it is very warm in side. Make sure you don't leave valuables in your pockets as you can get hurt on the free fall and the 360 swing. Questacon is fun for the whole... More

It is a really fun place to visit. A bit expensive for a family but can you put a price on educational fun?
