Definitely a place to visit if only for the bragging rights that you've been to the equator and that you've stood on both the northern and southern hemispheres at the same time. Incidentally Pontianak is the only city in the world that sits right on the Equator. We are told by the caretaker that twice a year, 21st -23rd March... More
