Nice atmosphere in the area. Some prices are chocking though. clearly aiming at the very rich/snobish poeple who have their vilas at the back of Le Touquet and are only here in Summer. Don' t go to le chat bleu. they locked the door while staring at us, as we were pushing it to enter... It was 12.28 pm and...

Slightly puzzling traffic at the cross roads; give way or not to give way? But as the layout is such that the cars have to travel slowly unless you don't look at all, walking was safe.

it amazes me that having put in a way to pedestrianise this street it isn't pedestrian only for much of the summer when it is almost impossible to drive because people are filling the side walks.
Good shops and restaurants all open on Sunday.
