Get close to nature in safety! Explanations of the flora & fauna are excellent and the tower overlooking the forest canopy is super!

Despite the torrential rain, with the protection of plastic smocks, we had a lovely walk around the centre, on the high level board walks and the observation tower too. Well you expect it to rain in a rain forest !!

The entry fee into this place is over $30 per person. For that price we got a handheld audio tour guide, a printed information booklet and some walkways. There is also a centre which has some interactive videos and a reptile centre with 2 snakes and 1 lizard. Very boring, feels like something you would see on a primary school... More

Spent a rainy day exploring this fantastic rainforest. I wish we could have gotten there at dawn to see more birds & other wildlife, but still learned a lot and saw many amazing plants & flowers, plus most impressive spiders.

We had a really fantastic time at the Daintree Discovery Centre. We were able to take our time and really explore all the different displays and scenery available.
