Hi, we booked for two rods and shared with the kids. Initially started off slow, then my husband spotted the barra at the end of an aerator. We moved and nearly every cast managed to catch a barra - most over 75 centimetres which put up a good fight. We went for the 4pm session - didn't finish until dark... More

Had a fantastic time fishing at FlickingFresh Barra Farm. Adam and his son, Will made us very welcome. We caught large Barra and with the help of Alice, landed them. I would thoroughly recommend Flicking Fresh and will be taking our visitors when they come to Darwin. Great fun for all ages. More

this is a fantastic place where all members of the family can participate together, and everyone can have a go at casting a line. I had never cast a line before, let alone catch a fish, and at Flicking Fresh I did both!. what an experience, would highly recommond it; fishing tours cannot guarantee catching barra, this one can! Each cast had the water explode as the farmed Barra about 5-6 kg hit the lure and started to fight and leap tail walking and making several runs. Arm chair fishing at its best. Affordable. They guys have jsut started this venture as there fish farm was struggling with... More
