great views of cork harbour, fota & east cork. great course, island par 3 tenth is a great test, especially in the wind. well worth a game here

Opened in June 2009, this is 18 hole championship standard golf course with USGA specification greens and an Island Green at the par 3, 10th. The magnificent site at Marino is located in an elevated position and offers stunning views of the inner harbour, the estuary and surrounding countryside.

Played a round there today , found staff friendly and helpful. In a light breeze the course provided a testing but very enjoyable golfing challenge. Excellent range of shot opportunities ,very good tee boxes and greens and no hold-ups! The club house is basic but is more than compensated for by the very sceanic and well maintained golf course.

I played Cork Golf Club as a solo "walk on". It was a tough weather day, but what do you expect in late November. The staff was very friendly and helpful in giving me advice about the layout. Due to the extreme rain a few holes were out of play but the course was re-routed with the start of the...
