This is a superb museum and we loved it all, there is so much to do and see and gave us many happy memories of our childhood.
Definitely recommend this for all age groups (well perhaps not tiny ones - from 4 yrs up)

I recently attended a short course on Proggy Mat making at the Museum which was booked as a gift to me from a friend. It was a really great experiance.The tutor - although young was knowledgable and relaxed. Wonderful day the staff were friendly and informative. Nothing was to much trouble the staff were all very professional and offered information at all times. We loved the village. Will most certainly go again it was value for money. Well done to all.

We visit the museam on a regular basis. Great if you buy a year pass, its lovely for a walk around or for a more in depth visit. Always a large que and chip shop, which is disappointing. And obviously gets full when schools are off.
