This team building experience for University nursing students was one of the best for shopping in the markets for fresh, natural ingredients then cooking as if you are French. I greatly enjoyed the cooking class. The kitchen was well-appointed. The veal stew with preserved lemons and the tomato/onion/parmesan layered tart was delicious. Very pleasant experience - market trip very interesting and colourful, cooking class uncomplicated and fun.
