They are Ambassadors of Puglia's Mediterranean Cuisine and Lifestyle and of their benefits for health and longevity. Their goal is to share the secrets of their ancient cuisine and culture, handed down from mother to daugther for centuries and contribute to the improvement of people's happiness and health.

“Friendly introduction to South Italian cuisine”

We had a really good experience. We worked in small groups, and were gently introduced to formerly unknown people. Cinzia and Marika gave us some basic explanations to Puglia cuisine, and then the cooking session started with carefully selected ingredients. High point is Cinzia's and Marika's personal touch. A truly memorable week spent with my teenage daughter, my college roommate and her teenage son. If you are considering a cooking course in Italy, you need look no further.
