Those Greeks must have really respected Juno to create such a massive structure and sculptures. Make sure to go around the perimeter.

Very well kept, if you love to take pictures, what a sight, beautiful especially when illuminated, very easy to get to from B&B Santo Spirito.

The Hera temple is the last temple at the end of the archeological park. Its elevation gives the visitor a unique view on the entire valley. Simply magnificent.

Amazing! Make sure you listen to the guided commentary for the historical details and make sure you walk around the whole temple to the back where the tour groups don't seem to stop - the photos will be better as there will be less people. Also, note that the Temple is known as Temple of Giunone (also Junon or Juno)... More

I was amazed at how much of this temple was destroyed compared to the others. I was also amazed to see the model of the temple as it originally appeared up in the museum.
