Walking for an hour or so I really wanted to give it less stars as I do now. The Zoo really could do with a bit of updating. But we learned it unsubsidised, not charity funded that made it a bit better. Once a boar managed to escap it became even better, you can imagine what the lions and tigers... More

We went as a birthday present for me and were very surprised at the price very reasonable. The talks and tours from staff are very informative and worth listening too. More

I liked the way the animals appeared to be at ease. Tigers are my favourite and I visit the zoo each time I go to the Isle of Wight. More

I'm not a fan of the 'zoo' its tired looking and could do with some work on it. The animals are in relatively small enclosures, and look bored, although well kept. It's a bit of a let down, and you can really only spend a couple of hours there, max. More

We had read the reviews, so knew it wasn't going to be whole days visit. It was a nice little zoo, we all love big cats, so spent a while just watching them. We had so much to pack into our little break away, that next time we'll stay and listen to the talks & feeding etc. We ate there,... More
