The swimming pool is the best bit, but it has a running track, playing field & all the facilities a modern sports centre should have. More

The NSC is situated just on the edge of Douglas, with loads of car parking, open air and indoor sports facilities. My husband and I went there, he practiced with the olympic team in swimming. Everyone was great. It is a large facility with a lot of options of things to do. There is the pool, a great pool slide fun area, raquet ball, many other things and a place to grab a bite or drink. More
