We have been here a couple of times, it is good fun. If you have preschool age children I would recommend going during school time before the bigger boisterous children arrive.

A bit dirty, and, given the marketing, a real let down. Small, not very exciting, and didn't keep the attention of my 3 year old. Really hard to find too!

Took the grandchildren to burn some energy off on a rainy day and was thoroughly impressed with the facilities and the extremely reasonable food on offer. Huge jug of squash for £1! The fun factory idealy suits 3~6 tear olds but there is a small soft play area for under 2's. The whole place is very clean which is reassuring. Good indoor play equipment for little ones .. Lots to run around .. Small play pit for under 3's and a small football area. Good food and drink choices .. Does get busy on wet days. Easy parking.

We visited the fun factory for my sons birthday party. I was very impressed by how organised the party was, but they still had loads of time to play. Great value for money.

staff very helpful, great atmosphere bright and cheerful, mums and dads can relax with a cuppa while the kids have great fun. very safe and secure.
