They should make the place bigger. It's a maze inside there. Tickets are a bit expensive even for locals. More

We were two families who went there with six children from three to thirteen years of age. Had to pay 20 RM per adult and 10 per child, far too much! first time in penang, pass by this toy museum and decide to stop by..need to pay admission fees..cheaper if you show your malaysia ID. upon enter, the place is very dusty, toys is not arrange and organized properly..very disappointed..hope the management can do something with this place as a lot of tourist will feel the same.. Good range of collections, but the place is really dusty. I mean its like the facility is set up in a desert or something? No season tickets? just stup.. More

We visited this attraction as it was advertised in a local tourist guide. We should have read trip advisor first!!! RIP OFF On arrival the fee was 20 RM per person, double the price advertised. First of all I want to make it clear. Items displayed inside this museum are not 100% toys, but they are 100% models/figures in various sizes from movies/stories for the past decades. entrance ticket is to expensive, the place is dusty, not well maintained and really need renovation some corner of the building. More

Messy and dusty. Looks like a storeroom. Toys in Glass cabinets dusty. The floor is cracked. Waste of money. Govt of Penang...look at this place and do something. More
