The Holocaust Centre is on the Bygdoy Peninsula and the surrounding is quiet and tranquil. It was once the residence of Vidkun Quisling, the wartime politician who handed Norway over to the Nazis, whose name has become synonymous with "traitor" in no less than 7 languages.
