Collosseum hosts a spectacular cinema with an enormous ceiling (in addition to several smaller), where large block busters are regularly screened. The cinema hall is spacious with around 1000 seats. I have not visited something similar abroad. More

Colosseum 1 is great experience, truly reccomended; great sound and enormous auditorium. Even though the cinema is often crowded and there is not that much space, on popular movies it is often crowded before going in to the auditorium. It is as pricey as a any norwegian cinema. The other auditoriums (than nr. 1) are nothing special. More

Close to the subway station Majorstuen (200 m?). Tickets in Norway are pricy. There are several kiosks inside the movie theatre and also a coffee shop. Buy tickets online at www.oslokino.no or buy them by the vending machines inside. English movies with Norwegian subtitles. Some childrens movie might be dubbed. Just enquire inside. More

Once one of the biggest viewing rooms in northern Europe, it is still a thrill to watch a movie on Colosseum's enormous screen. Colosseum also has three smaller cinemas. They are nothing special, but as all Oslo cinemas quite modern and well maintained. More
