I was disappointed in this exhibition . One floor was dedicated to clouds which was a little weird. I was expecting more Impressionist paintings but there weren't that many

Although Leopold Museum is said to be the largest collection of modern Austrian art, I expected to see more works, especially of Klimt. Nevertheless, I loved the exhibition, they succeeded in revealing the atmosphere of fin de siecle in Austria and of showing the life of Secession artists of that time with their popularity and many tragic endings.

Yet another beautiful Viennese museum with light airy rooms. I particularly enjoyed the Jugendstil furniture. Cafe was a let-down, smoky and noisy.

The museum offers lovely views of the museum quarter and a charming cafe. Add Monet, Moser, the Clouds exhibit, and this is one of our favorite Vienna attractions. Because of the... More

It was located in a really nice area together with MuMOK, and holds works of Schiele, Klimt and a bit of Kokoschka (not as many as I hoped for, unfortunately). There was the "clouds" exhibition when I visited in April 2013, and they even had the Silver Clouds installation by Andy Warhol which was really nice and fun to watch... More
