In April snow melts during the day and then freezes at night. In the morning you have to ski carefully because in some shady places there are icy surfaces. the resort is very nice. I'm not very lucky in being able to reach if it snows, as there are traffic issues from the hotel to the resort. I recommend a daily sky pass if you are not staying for long, a multiple one might not be used. More

Wonderful area to ski. Plenty of choice for intermediates and above. Great ski lifts and fantastic views. You can ski all day and do different runs to do the following day. Stay in Soldeu if you are a beginner as the blues over that side are easier and simple to get to. More
