We visited Aero Island as part of the Rick Steves tour of Scandinavia. It was an enjoyable but short visit. They island is about 80% self sufficient in energy use with solar and wind farms. During the visit tour members enjoyed dancing (and drinking) to the Mayor and his band in the town square. Scenery around the island was beautiful More
