Old Town Rhodes is a wonderfully preserved walled medieval city. Do your own walking tour around town and get "lost" in the narrow streets and squares. Wear comfortable walking shoes as the streets are cobblestones standing on end! We walked down the Street of the Knights (lined with houses of the Knights) to the Palace of the Grand Master (a... I loved Rhodes old town, there is so much to see and the architecture is beautiful. The mosque is stunning and the views from the bell tower are awesome. Definitely want to return! More

Wonderful medeival architecture and you could almost see the Knights riding down the narrow streets but beware that everything inside the Old Town is more expensive than in the New Town outside the walls. More

We entered via the moat, this was very peaceful, we only saw a few other people here. On entering the walled city, there were quite a few more people, I can imagine this is quite unbearable in the summer when I am sure there are a lot more people cramming in. There were a few people pestering you to come... More
