Itjust reopened for two morning a week, after being closed since the 1999 earthquake. Only parts are accessible, and there is still an enormous amount of work to do. Most of what you see is half covered in scaffolding, but still is sensational. Would rate a 6 if all of it were accessible. By all means, take bus A16 and... More
