We become addicted to ginjinha while in Lisbon last week....HOWEVER....not all ginjinya (much like pasteis da nata) is created equal. This is the original recipe of a wonderful spiced cherry brandy. I don't even like cherries and I came back time and time again for this delicious treat! Don't forget to tell the man behind the bar "with" or "without"...
