East to get the train from Brussels to Bruges for the day. Staff are friendly and direct you into the town. Well laid out.
A typical medium sized train station. It was clean, safe and was easy to get around to find your train. We did a day trip to Brugge from Brussels and trains left every 30 minutes which was convenient. The downtown Markt of Brugge is only a 15 minute walk from the station or a short 2 euro bus trip.

Staff were helpful and friendly sightposting where to go and the lady in the ticket office extremely helpful on prices and which bus to get into town. If only as helpful in UK!!!
Easy. Well-laid out. Helpful staff. Great location. While not an "attraction", it is a pleasant station for a wonderful, wonderful city.
Do your homework and make a note of train times and the final destination of your train and you'll be fine.
The station at Bruges was a nice friendly place with helpful staff and a good tourist information office. Within 10 minutes of arriving in the city we had found out where the hotel was, which bus to take to get there and had been shown a map of the city. A very nice railway station in a very nice city.
