This is a museum grown out of the Liege university collection. If you are used to some of the huge 'experience' aquaria you can visit in coastal towns, then this underfunded small aquarium will not impress you. The collection is still nice.

It can be visited. Nothing very great. We have so many zoological museum so if you are looking for something different or special. It may not be this one. Better to visit Aquatopia in Antwerp. ................;)

I likes the variety of fishes, sharks, turtles. Good to have this kind of Museum in a small city like Liege.

This is a lovely museum, lot’s of fishes of around the world, nice explanations and proper museum, with the same ticket you can visit (upstairs) the zoological museum, very interesting with stuffed animals from the African savanna.
