We read up about the Flandria Line and decided to go on the Friday 25-October-2012 afternoon cruise (14:30). We arrived about 14:00 at the Steenplien, but were told that the boat left from Londenbrug (near MAS). That's 20 minutes walk! We made it, just, but were not amused.

On a sunny afternoon what better way to spend 3 hours then watching other people work, loading and unloading ships. It was an informative trip around the port and when we were there the largest conatiner ship was docked.

We took a 3 hour afternoon harbour cruise which is leaving from the Kattendijk dok located at the "Eilandje'" which is being renovated for residential and tourist activities purposes. The cruise was great with an excellent explanation of the activities and ships berthed in the port.
