Interesting museum. Gives you insight about the Dutch history and the history of Delft. The Dutch States man William of Orange, founding father of the house of Orange what killed in this building.

I have been to Delft several times but never visited the Prinsenhof Municipal Museum. This past Saturday I made it a priority to go there amongst my other favorites in Delft such as the Nieuw Kerk - where William of Orange is entombed- as well as enjoying Market Day.

I really enjoyed this attraction it was interesting to learn about the history of Delft and that of the William of Orange. I would highly recommend it.

New to the Netherlands history, my husband and I visited this museum and got a much better self-guided understanding of the nation we were visiting. We don't know any Dutch and were well-able to follow along.
