This is an amazing new library well stocked with books,CDs and up to 500 computer terminals (available for free to residents, but for a modest fee for visitors). Escalators whisk you quickly up and down. The top floor offers outstanding views of the city from the cafe terrace (food is good value too!) and there is a space just for...

I'd read tripadvisor reviews and planned it into our itinerary - and we are glad we made the effort to get there. Fabulous building, amazing interior, great view of Amsterdam from the restaurant level outdoor seating area. We used the panorama feature on our new camera and had a great time playing with it from up there ! After about...

Beautiful view from the top floors, gallery on one of the upper floors, restaurant on the top floor with a great view of the harbour on an outdoor terrace, learning "pods" to settle in and study without distractions, a kids area to die for, etc. The video online had me hooked, and I'm glad I went. Just a quick walk...

Love to get away from the noise and the crowd once in a while. During my stay, I visited the library and was very relaxed and enjoyed reading the books that I love.
