Had hoped to do the Sandeman's tour our first day in Amsterdam, but rain and sleet prevented it! Second day was beautiful and hooked up with the morning 3 hour tour! Kendra (five stars) was our guide for three hours. It's offered free, but of course you will pay/tip at the end because the tour and guides are awesome..

A good starter tour to get your bearings when visiting Amsterdam for the first time. Our guide, Mark, although not a local, (Irish), was very knowledgeable about the history and how the city functioned. My boyfriend and I went on the free walking tour and the red light district tour, both were excellent. I can't remember the guides name but he was south African, very funny and informative!

I went on the free tour with Mark and then his Redlight District tour because I liked the first so much. He was the best walking tour guide I had in Europe, and he kept my interest for 5 hours during both tours. The Redlight District tour was especially interesting and well-worth the money. Highly recommend this company!
