Last time we were in Zermat, we hiked around to see the Matterhorn. This time, we took recommendation fronm the visitor center and rode a train to Gornergrat. It was well worth the trip. The train only took about 30 min. to the observation point where you can see many glaciers and snow covered mountains, including Matterhorn.
