This tour was well worth the money. Other walking tours were more expensive, but Artviva was cheaper and awesome! Our guide (older lady with grey hair) was fantastic and absolutely hilarious. She was so knowledgeable and very caring towards each tour member.

I did the 3 part guided tour of Florence, Italy. There is so much to see & learn about! I was great to by-pass the long lines & get into the exhibits almost straight away. The guides are extremely knowledgable. Any question that I asked apart from what was covered, was answered. I especially enjoyed Helen's insider tips on the... More

My husband and I did a 3 hour walking tour of Florence this morning and it was an excellent way to see and learn about this beautiful city! Our guide was Helen and she did a great job of helping us to appreciate all that the city has to offer. We saw many special sights, some churches , interesting streets... More

We did 2 tours with ArtViva in Florence, one a walking tour, the other of the Uffizzi. On our first tour, our guide was Klaus (sp?) from the Netherlands. He was very well informed about art history, and very entertaining. The four hour tour just "flew by." He was so good that we requested him for the Uffizzi tour. These... More

We had the Florence walk with Angelo, he made it so easy to understand the history! With Helen we did the Uffizi Tour, she is also very good. I must say if you want to visit Florence you should book with Artviva!!!! They have the best guides, very small groups (which is very good) , and you can be sure... More

We did an Art Viva Tour in Rome (2 actually) and then we did one with three tours combined in Venice. I really like that theirs are very small groups. It is so nice to have just a few other people in your group. Tini was our guide for the Gondola ride. Very fun and interesting. Then we had her... More

We took the half day bike ride out of the city into the countryside. A little hilly, so you must be in somewhat good shape. A fantastic day! Our guide Alessandro was great! The riding was at an easy pace and we got to see alot. The wine tasting in a villa cellar was simply amazing and one of our... More

My husband and I took a tour of the Uffizi gallery with the incomparable Angelo. I basically had to drag my husband to this tour and he was spellbound by the art that came alive thanks to the passion and knowledge of this lover of art and history. Thank you Angelo, you are a wonderful teacher.

All I can say is ask for Brenda! She was me and my boyfriend's favourite tour and guide throughout Italy. We had Brenda for the original walking tour of Florence. She loves her job and you can definitely see and feel that passion and enjoyment she has. You learn about all the important buildings and then some interesting little facts... More

We did 4 Artviva tours while in Florence. The Evening Walk one night, followed by the 3 tours that make up the Florence in One day Package. Our tour guides were Helen and Charles. They were outstanding. They demonstrated a passion for the history and the art. They offered good insight to the surrounding neighborhoods and kept the interest of... More
