Becky the lovely articulate guide took us our hearts to Tuscany. My daughter and I had anticipated the tour and lunch for days. The food, wine, and staff at Fattoria Poggio were the highlight of the day. The lovely ride out of Florence was in a comfortable coach driven by an accomplished driver through the Tuscan hills and ancient towns... More

Tour was great: Sienna, San Gimignano and Pisa in the same day. It's short (especially the guided tour in Sienna which was too short for me and too little information) but it worth the shot if you don't have much time. Lunch in the farm was really good (especially the wine). More

what an amazing way to taste, see, smell and dive into the Tuscany countryside. Tour was well paced, our guide Barbara spoke English well and incredibly knowledgable. The wine tour at Poggio was like stepping into a postcard. Food was sublime. Tasting the various wines over pasta, cheese, salumi whilst overlooking the picture perfect hillside was a highlight. Barbara even... More

This was our first trip to Italy, and the tour (May 11th) was a great way to sample some of the areas outside Florence - Siena, San Gimignano and Pisa. The tour was very well organized, and the guide (Stefano) and the driver worked well together. Stefano did an outstanding job with the group, including making sure the lady with... More

This tour was the highlight of our trip and Becky, our tour guide was a delight! She was very knowledgeable and personable. She made an effort to personally talk with everyone on the tour to answer any questions or make recommendations for future outings or dining. Lunch at the farm was better than we could have imagined. We Highly Recommend... More

I first discovered The Best of Tuscany Tour (BTT) from a hotel brochure in 2008 and was delighted with the tour. Since I am in Florence every year with many different friends, I have also been on the trip in 2009, 2010, 2011 and already in 2012 and going back again in September! The BTT is consistently well done and... More

Every segment of the day was well-timed. Pace was focused but not hurried, just enough to keep on schedule. Vineyard lunch was delicious, and attention to detail throughout the tour was outstanding. This was my first ever bus tour, and our guide Becky was as close to perfect as I can imagine. Charming, clear-speaking (British accent), delivered information at comfortable... More

I found this tour through tripadvisor reviews and it is all that the reviews say. The tour was organized, entertaining, informative and a delight. The tour guide, Stefan, was terrific and had a wonderful sense of humor. The lunch at the organic farm, Fattoria Poggio Alloro, was perfect. The wine, food and views were breathtaking. We will be ordering wine... More

We went yesterday on the above tour ,was amazing and our guide Sandra ( with driver Nino) was very friendly informative and professional, we had a brilliant day. Even though the sky's opened up a few times it was all beautiful and very worthwhile to see, just take an umbrella. Thank you walkabout More

My wife and I came across this tour by chance, as it was advertised on the map that our hotel gave us, and we're glad we did. We had an excellent day, and a lot of that was due to Barbara, our guide for the day, who went well beyond the call of duty to keep everyone happy and well-informed,... More
